ABOUT US

The Backwood Boys is an all-male Southern Gospel vocal trio based out of Starke, Florida. Featuring John Frampton as tenor vocalist and bass guitarist, Benjy Bass as lead vocalist and drummer, and Alex Coleman as baritone and keyboardist, the Backwood boys have been ministering together since 1994.

We are extremely thankful for the oppertunity to work together in an effort to see souls saved and lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is our mission to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to as many people and places as we can through song, while there is still time.

We currently have two recording projects and two single releases under our belts and hope to start work on a third project in the very near future.
